Comments:
A compact deciduous conifer with a conical growth habit. Irregularly branched while young it quickly develops into an elegant, open-branched habit. Its mature size is yet undetermined but believed between 6-15' wide and 3-8' tall. Very attractive, reddish brown bark and soft yellow summer foliage. Autumn color is russet brown. "Cypress knees" develop when planted in wet sites. Good as an accent, specimen or as a foundation planting.
