Comments:
A medium to large, deciduous upright shrub, growing 10-12' tall, slightly less in width. Strap-shaped, pale yellow flowers have a reddish base. They open mid-January and remain effective for several weeks, strongly and sweetly scented. Foliage is dark green in summer, taking on yellow fall color. A choice specimen for the winter landscape. Insect and disease resistant with only occasional powdery mildew.
