Comments:
A small, rounded, deciduous tree growing 20-30' tall and nearly as wide. Dark green leaves, 4-6" long, shroud stout, gray-brown stems. Early April sees ivory colored, 5-6" diameter, deliciously scented flowers. However, the timing can result in flower damage in the case of a late frost. A wonderful small shade or specimen tree. Plant in spring in moist, well-drained soil in full sun.
