A small, deciduous tree 25-30' high. New growth starts light green, changing to striped white on green and brown. Creamy white 4" flowers appear after leaves, hanging well below foliage. Fall color is yellow. Makes a great understory tree in backyard or along wood edge. Considered one of the hardiest of the striped maples.
