Comments: A deciduous shrub that is a late flowering species. Panicles 6-8" long are mostly terminal with some produced from lateral buds in late May to early June. Flowers are fragrant and colored rosy-lilac, fading to light pink. Upright in habit to 10' high and wide. No fall color. Great for shrub border.
