Comments: This older introduction is still among the best. A deciduous shrub growing 6' tall and 10' wide with fountain-like growth. Very early flowers (March) are light yellow, 2" and produced profusely along the stems. Flower buds sometimes killed by low temperatures. Use in mass along borders in front of dark background.
