Comments: An upright, spreading, low-branched, large deciduous shrub that can grow 15' high with a 10-20' spread. Thick, coarse, foliage is dark green. Flowers are yellowish white and occur July-August. Flower panicles dry to a tan color and are suitable for dried arrangements. Blooms on new wood so it can be pruned to the ground and flower the same year. Fall color is green with a hint of yellow.
