Comments: A new hybrid tree that is a hybrid of the cold hardy Acer pseudosieboldianum (Korean maple) and the very ornamental Acer palmatum (Japanese maple). The leaves are green, palmately lobed emerging bright reddish-orange in spring changing to green in summer. The fall color is orange-scarlet. This selection is from Iseli Nursery in Boring, Oregon. Makes an excellent accent or focal point in the landscape.
