.
Common name: (no established common name)
Family: Caprifoliaceae (honeysuckle family)
Distribution: hybrid
Hardiness: USDA Zone 5
Life form: Deciduous shrub/Subshrub
Comments: This hardy, deciduous shrub exhibits beautiful contrast between its variegated foliage and rosy pink flowers. It blooms in May-June with tubular, nectar-rich flowers. The new foliage is green with a yellow margin. Once leaves mature the yellow margin turns white. It grows 6' tall and wide and is easily pruned to keep small. An excellent choice for the shrub border, to lighten up a dark corner of the garden or as a specimen.
