Comments: A medium-growing, small, globose, evergreen shrub 2' high and wide. A broom from Grove City, Pennsylvania. Older needles are lustrous dark green, with white stomatal bands underneath. Younger tip foliage is creamy white. The intensity of this creamy white characteristic is especially visible in fall. Annually sheared plants usually have better tip coloration. Use as a specimen plant or in the shrub border.
