Comments: A large broadleaf deciduous tree with heart-shaped, glossy, dark green leaves. It has a growth range of 35-50' tall, similar width, broadly conical and is said faster growing than species. Flowers are small but very fragrant in June-July, attractive to bees. Fall color is yellow. Resistant to leaf spot, gall and sun-scalding. Great shade tree. Japanese beetles do relish most linden leaves.
