This dwarf evergreen has thick, dense gray-green juvenile foliage in summer, tan-green in winter. The foliage doesn't even look like an arborvitae. Grew 3' round from a cutting in 5 years and retains round habit without shearing. Does not suffer winter burn even in exposed sites. Joe Stupka selection.
