Comments: A very large, fast-growing evergreen conifer. Loves heavy shade. Very rare in cultivation. Female plants exhibit a fleshy, red, aril covered seed cones in autumn whereas male plants do not. Grows 4-5' high and wide in 10 years. Can grow in full sun or full shade and tolerates dry locations like few other plants.
