Comments: Selected in Oklahoma for its naturally dwarf habit and its non-aggressive root system which does not develop surface roots or "knees." This cultivar has demonstrated strong disease and insect resistance, and is tough, hardy and exceedingly resistant to ice storm stress. A lofty, deciduous conifer with a slender, conical growth habit, 50' at maturity. Very attractive, reddish brown bark and soft, sage-green foliage. Autumn color is russet or soft brown. Good as an accent in large areas.
