Comments: A deciduous flowering shrub growing 8-10' tall and 5-6' wide in a non-suckering, mounded habit. This is a very hardy selection that blooms about 2 weeks later than other Preston types. The reddish buds open in June, profusely producing hot-pink panicles with single flowers that are mildly fragrant. Use as a specimen or in the shrub border.
