A medium sized, sprawling, broadleaf evergreen shrub, growing 5' tall and wide. This elepidote rhododendron has compact trusses of white flowers in mid to late May. Flowers openly funnel-shaped, with slightly wavy edges, 2⅜" across, white with sparse green and brown dorsal spotting. Ball-shaped truss holds about 10 flowers. Useful as a specimen or in group or border planting.
