Comments:
A hybrid evergreen conifer originally from Yale University, described as a conical clone with blue-green foliage. Compared with the eastern white pine, it is slower growing, has a tighter form and shows less winter browning of needles. Its mature size is expected to be 30-50' tall and only half as wide. Plant in full sun or part shade in moist, well-drained, acid soil. Best used as a specimen, accent plant or within a mixed evergreen screen.
