Comments: Discovered as a witches'-broom, this dwarf spruce is an evergreen conifer with globose with light, bluish-green needles. It was named for the Nový Dvůr Arboretum in the Czech Republic. It is a slow growing selection only reaching 2-3' tall and wide after 20 years. Useful as a accent plant or specimen in a conifer bed.
