Comments: A popular deciduous magnolia hybrid that originated in Sussex, England. It grows 20-30' tall with a slightly greater spread and a rounded form. It flowers late enough to survive most late frosts. The flowers are produced in April and are white with a pink back giving an overall pink effect. Makes an excellent specimen plant. Plant in full sun in moist, well-drained soil. Transplant in spring only.
