Comments: This is a somewhat fast-growing deciduous tree with an upright conical habit, 18-20' tall and nearly as wide at maturity. It blooms with greenish-yellow flowers just as the foliage is appearing for a subtle display. This is one of the more popular yellow flowering hardy magnolias. Site in full sun to light shade in moist, well-drained soil in spring only. A wonderful specimen or small flowering shade tree.
