Comments: A deciduous rounded shrub growing 2-4' tall and wide. Many stiff branches hold oblong rounded leaves. Tubular yellowish white flowers are produced in pairs from the leaf axils. The edible fruit (some have compared its taste to blueberry) is dark blue with a whitish bloom. Use as an unusual specimen or fruiting hedge. Site in full sun to light shade in moist, well-drained soil.
