Comments: This broadleaf evergreen has a fountain-like habit. Grows to 4' in height and 6' in spread. The leaves are leathery dark glossy green. White, urn-shaped flowers are 1-21/2" long and appear in late April, early May. Does best in acid, well-drained organic soil in shade or part shade. It will not tolerate drought conditions or dry, sweeping winds.
