Comments: A fast-growing, deciduous shrub growing 6-10' tall and nearly as wide. Ultimate height if left unpruned could reach 15'. Summer foliage is dull, dark green and yellowish in the fall. Its habit is fountain-like with upright, arching branching. Flowers occur in May-June and do so prolifically on this selection. Species is pH adaptable. Thin out older stems after flowering. Site in full sun for best flowering in moist, well-drained soil.
