Comments: A broadly conical, broadleaf evergreen growing 15-20' tall. Leaves are alternate, glossy dark green and persistent up to 3 years. Flowers open as tiny, white clusters in the leaf axils (May) and give way to orange-red berries in late summer. Fruits persist well into winter. Valued for its beautiful foliage and good winter hardiness. Requires a male pollinator to ensure fruiting.
