Comments: A female selection of broadleaf evergreen tree growing to around 20' tall by 15' wide. Vivid red fruit is produced for a winter show. Olive-green foliage consists of 3-5" long, spiny-tipped leaves that remain lustrous dark green year-round. Creamy white flowers open mid-March held in small axillary clusters. A suitable male pollinator is necessary for fruit production. Use as an evergreen hedge or specimen for winter interest.
