Comments: This male selection of broadleaf evergreen tree has been in The Arboretum's collections since 1962. It has grown to 26' tall by 15' wide. Olive-green foliage consists of 3-5" long, spiny-tipped leaves that remain lustrous dark green year-round. An effective male pollinator for female selections. Use as an evergreen hedge or specimen for winter interest.
