Comments: A compact, broadly rounded to conical, broadleaf evergreen tree to 15' tall. Introduced around 1930. Has attractive glossy green leaves with more or less smooth margins (unusual). Bright red berries mature in the fall and persist into winter. Requires a male pollinator for fruit production.
