Comments: An upright, female evergreen tree to around 20' tall by 15' wide. Originated from native populations in West Virginia. Selected for its superior orange-red fruit and excellent cold hardiness. Solitary, dull-white flowers open in May. Requires a male nearby to ensure pollination and fruit set. Use as an evergreen hedge or specimen for winter interest.
