Comments: A broadleaf evergreen shrub of vigorous habit reaching 12' tall in warmer climates, but smaller in Ohio. Leaves are alternate, glossy dark green, 1/2" long. Flowers open in May as dull white clusters. Fruits ripen in late summer appearing as 1/4" wide black berries.
