Comments:
A hybrid, broadleaf evergreen, female holly with dark olive-green, spiny leaves. In the presence of a suitable male pollinator, fruits develop into deep reddish orange berries, d" in diameter. Reported to be a heavy fruit producer. 'Ebony Male' or possibly male blue hollies can pollinate. Use in the shrub border, along foundation or with other deciduous shrubs for winter effect.
