Comments: The growth habit of this deciduous flowering shrub is similar to the species, reaching as high as 15' with a comparable spread. Easily pruned back to old wood to keep smaller. Overall texture is quite coarse, including its flowers, which are displayed on 6-8" upright panicles. Flowers bloom from September to frost and undergo white to pink to brown color transition. Great for use in flower arrangements.
