Comments: This unusual and very hardy selection of bigleaf hydrangea had the ability to bloom on both new and old growth making for the effect of reblooming all summer. If cold winters kill the flower buds, blooms will develop on the new growth. This deciduous shrub will grow 3-5’ high and wide in a rounded habit with bright green foliage. The showy flowers in rounded clusters will be bright pink in alkaline soils or blue in acidic locations. This season-ling bloomer is a great choice for a mixed shrub border or a focal point as an accent plant.
