Comments: This early-blooming (February-March) deciduous shrub grows 10-12' high and wide. It is upright when young, developing a rounded habit when older. Flowers are strap-like, curled and yellow-orange. The dark green summer foliage is virtually pest free. Fall color is a mixture of yellow, orange and red. Best used in the shrub border or as a specimen where the flowers can be enjoyed in late winter/early spring.
