Comments: A very early-blooming (February-March) deciduous shrub growing 10' tall and 12' wide. Its habit is vase-shape with upright growth. Flowers are yellow, very fragrant, 1/2-1" wide with strap-like petals. Leaves are dark green in summer with yellow-orange fall color. Use in the shrub border.
