Comments: A vigorous grower, this large, rounded, broad-spreading, deciduous tree attains 70-80' tall and 60-90' wide. Provide ample room to grow. Leaves open late in spring and are deep green in summer; 8-12" long and pinnately compound. Flowers and fruits are ornamentally insignificant. Bark is gray-brown and furrows with age. Fall color is pale green-yellow. Susceptible to borers, and other pests and diseases that plague ashes. Site in full sun in moist, well-drained soil.
