Comments:
A small tree or large shrub averaging 10' in 12 years. Small, yellowish white flowers are inconspicuous and not regarded as an ornamental feature. Twigs are red-brown. Fruit is bright yellow and the standout feature of this introduction. A good red fall color will sometimes develop. Best used as a screen or for naturalizing.
