Comments: An evergreen conifer shrub with bright yellow, scaly foliage throughout the year. The branches with their foliage resemble fern fronds, hence the name. Slender and slow-growing, this shrub can exceed 10' tall after many years. It takes shearing well to provide a fuller appearance. Nice as an accent in the border or foundation.
