Comments: A neat, vigorous, broadleaf evergreen shrub suspected of growing 10' tall and 9' wide in about 20 years. It has a rounded conical habit with round, slightly convex, dark green leaves. Tiny, off-white flowers are fragrant and attractive to bees as they open in spring (March/April). Reputedly has less winter bronzing than some other selections. Resistant to deer and rabbit browse. Use as a specimen or in a mass.
