Comments: This deciduous native selection is a vigorous grower with a dense, oval habit. It grows 50' tall and 35' wide. Its leaves are thick, glossy and resist tatter in wind. Fall color is reddish with shades of pink, orange and yellow. Very cold hardy and performs better in drier sites than the species.
