Common name:
Lemon Lime Lace threadleaf Japanese maple
Family:
Aceraceae (maple family)
Distribution:
Species native to e. Asia
Hardiness:
USDA Zone 5

Comments:
A nice deciduous, shrubby selection with finely dissected leaves. They emerge light lemon yellow, becoming lime green at maturity with a two-tone effect from early summer on. It grows as a compact, irregular mound with semi-weeping branches, about 8' tall and wide. Fall color is orange. A great specimen or accent in the garden.
