Comments:
This tree is native to China and was discovered by the missionary, Giraldi, in Shensi. In cultivation, it grows up to 40 ft. tall with dark brown, peeling bark; young stems are covered with a glaucous (i.e., waxy) bloom. The rounded leaves are three-lobed and bluish green. Grows best in full sun in well-drained soil.
