A small, rounded, deciduous tree or large multi-stemmed shrub growing 15-20' tall. Green foliage in summer, but individual trees can turn purple-red to orange-scarlet in fall. One of the most versatile maples as far as landscape use. Great as a specimen, accent, in groupings or shrub borders.
