Comments: A large, broadly conical, deciduous tree, 40' tall and 25' wide. Leaves are grape-leaf shaped with coarsely serrated margins, narrower than most Tilia species. Leaf color is dark green above, lighter below, with coarsely serrated margins. Leaves flush out earlier in spring and drop earlier in the fall than other lindens. Flowers yellow, fragrant, in cymes in June-July. Fall color is pale yellow.
