Comments: Medium-sized, deciduous shrub that can grow 3-6' high and wide. Flowers appear in May, white to pinkish, sometimes lasting through September. Small, white, 1/2" diameter fruit appears in September and persists into November. Does best in a partially shady site where it can mass as a hedge or use as a filler plant in the garden. Late winter pruning is a must to keep it respectable in summer.
