Comments: A tough, bold, deciduous shrub forming an upright to arching specimen 8-12' tall and wide. Leaves are medium green. White, 3-4" flowers open in May, showing a combination of beige male florets surrounding tiny female florets. Fruits are a berry, changing from green to yellow to shiny red when ripe in September. Fall color is maroon to red.
