Comments: This cultivar of golden trident maple is a deciduous tree with an upright habit and bushy canopy. It was named after avid plant collector Michael Steinhardt, by long time nurseryman Don Shadow. The foliage in the spring is a soft yellow, turning a
brighter yellow-orange in summer, then shades of yellow, red and purple in the autumn. Grows best in sun/partial shade in well drained soil. After ten years, this tree is expected to be about 10 ft. tall and 6 ft. wide.
