Comments:
The semi-double, pale lilac colored flowers of this lilac are only half the story - the gold and green variegated foliage adds interest for the rest of the season. The variegation is reported to hold well all season. Blooms are produced in early May and are borne on old wood. Growth rate is medium and will reach approximately 15' tall with less spread. Great as color for the shrub border or near walks or patios. Prune large branches out all the way to the base occasionally to encourage new shoots.
