Comments: Depending on climate and culture, this cultivar of fullmoon maple can grow between 10-30 ft. tall and about as wide. It is a shapely, attractive tree that is interesting in all seasons with striking foliage that resembles that of Acer japonicum 'Aconitifolium', but the leaves are a bit larger and not as deeply cut. Fall color is scarlet, yellow and orange that is set off brilliantly by the red stems. The flowers are red in nodding clusters.
