Comments:
A showy, deciduous, flowering tree and vigorous hybrid between our native flowering and Asia's kousa dogwoods. Matures 20' tall and wide and has purple-red fall color. Flowers are actually large pink bracts appearing profusely late April, early May. A low maintenance plant producing no fruit. Good near patios, walks, in groups, or single specimen. Disease resistant.
