Comments:
A deciduous, dwarf flowering dogwood that's very floriferous even as a young plant. It is slow-growing with a compact habit sporting deep pink and somewhat twisted bracts in May. An old plant will be only 10' high and wide. Glossy red fruit is attractive but readily eaten by birds. Best used as a specimen.
